Vondelpark House Bed & Breakfast is located on the second floor of a hundred year old townhouse in the remarkably quiet residential street, Zocherstraat, in the Old West district of Amsterdam. The street is adjacent to the world renowned Vondel Park, and is named after the architect of the park, Jan David Zocher.
Our family lives upstairs on the third and fourth floors, and we want you to know that you will be a guest in a family home, not just a tourist in a Hotel. Over the last ten years we have renovated the house to an exceptional standard of comfort, style and practicality.
The second floor was designed to make guests as cosy as possible, and we look forward to showing you around.
We will give you as much privacy as you require, but can also be on hand at the push of a bell, to ensure that your stay is as relaxed as possible with all the assistance you desire.
The rooms can be booked separately for either one or two guests per room. There is also the possibility to book the whole floor and come with four guests. The Bed & Breakfast has a fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, small oven, kettle for tea and a coffee machine.
Because this is an old townhouse we are not suitably equipped for wheelchair access as the second floor is accessed by stairs from the street level.
